i have to say, working in the legal field i come across some people with some serious defecits but nothing compares to the clowns who work at parcel force!!

so im browsing on the internet and i finally buy the pair of boots ive been saving v hard for, there v expensice and finally, after all my hard work and saving some money, i could now affird to buy them. id just like to state these were a pair of boots costing £200!!

3 weeks later, no boots, the sller provides me with proof of posting and tracking number. type in the tracking number, not recognised, do it again, and it says it has been deliverd. not only does it say its been delivered but theres a signaturee next to my name saying RECEIVED AT 14:17- well, im not even home at this time so it cant be right!

i then call parcel force and demand some answers only for them to tell me im being over the top and the driver has simply put my parcel in a safe place. i ask, where is this safe place and why do i know nothing about it? after a few more discussions and wasted phone bills and stress i am then told that the driver says he lef the parcel in my porch!! well this just tops it, i dont even have a porch, my front door leads onto my living room so caught right out!!

so now im £200 down, i have no boots and some lucky twat is walking around with what i have paid for, i find this totally outrageous that these incopmpotent fools can get away with doing thid to people!

ive had no refund and no apology or even recognition regarding my package!
