Disadvantages: I have to work for a living which is incompatible with Parceline.

Parceline have clearly invested a lot of money in technology to track packages, however when it comes to the simple things like, say, being able to deliver at reasonable times for working folk, and basic customer services then it all falls apart. ...to go wrong. Parceline will only deliver between 8am and 6.30pm, Monday to Friday, which is of absolutely no use to me and I suppose 95% of other working people. When I got home yesterday there was a card with options to arrange redelivery which is no help as it is the same times. ...has never been damaged with Parceline and that they always do get it back fairly quickly. I'm not someone that eagerly tracks my laptop every day as well, so I'm not sure how regulary they really do update their tracking service, although I'm guessing if I'd gone online earlier on the day of my laptop being delivered I probably would have been able to see that it was coming.
