After showing the printed out deal to the salesman he went off for quite some time to return with the statement that the online camera deal was probably a non-UK model and couldn't come close on price, even though It was clearly stated in the first line of the printout that it was a UK model!. I ordered K10D from Park cameras on Friday knowing that I would need it a week later in a job. Ordering was easy and I received an email confirming my order. However, as I had not yet heard back from Park Cameras about dispatch I contacted them on Tuesday afternoon. I found out that the item was now out of stock and they probably wouldn't get more. I explained my situation about needing a camera by Friday. They apologised and said that it was unacceptable ... ...price on K20D. I expected Park Cameras to better or at least match this offer as a way of apologising their earlier bad customer service but they just stated that they would not be willing to match that offer. I have twice tried to buy from Park Cameras at thier new showroom, but the staff don't appear to be interested! They seem to chatting most of the time, I did push to make a purchase but was met with we are to busy, although I didn't see any purchases being made mostly hangers on bragging!
