Designed to Thrill and Kill Dry Coughs! Review with images

AdvantagesSweet tasting - if you like liquourice - does what it says on the label. Longlasting. Cheap

DisadvantagesAvailability; slightly sticky, glass bottle.

"...I found a bottle of Parkinson's Kilkof cough medicine for £1-69 in 2008 for a 150ml bottle and year after year, I always try and seek out this fantastic “home remedy,” cough mixture. I say “home remedy,” because the medicine is an original English preparation that was sold as far back as the 1900’s made by the Parkinson’s family in Burnley, England. Thanks to the recession, the price has now gone up to £2-29 and hard lozenges are also available in ..." Read review

Top "kof" killer!

AdvantagesA really effective sore throat and cough medicine.

DisadvantagesMaybe a bit strong for some.

"One of the many products I keep in the medicine cupboard (aside from the many bottles of Calpol!) is cough medicine, not only for my children, but also for myself and husband. AdvantagesOffers temporary relief

DisadvantagesOnly offers limited time temporary relief, very sweet in flavour

At the time of writing this review I'm huddled on the sofa with my fleecy pj's on, a snuggle wrap, my feet are sat in a giant pink fluffy pig along with a microwave bean bag and I have a hot water bottle situated near my back as my bones are killing me! I have a poodle, Daisy who is my mates dog (who I adore) trying to sit on one of my arms to stop me typing (bless her and she keeps sighing at me lol) and my mate has ..." Read review

This didn't kill my cough for a long time

AdvantagesIt worked for a little bit and it tasted nice

DisadvantagesIt didn't keep the cough away

"I bought a bottle of this a long time ago for a poorly cough. It came in a 100ml bottle which is brown with a lid that screws off, but I have none of it left now. The box tells you what dosage you need to take and this should be read very carefully before first taking it to ensure that it does not clash with any other medications you might be taking. The first time I used it I made sure I shook the bottle well beforehand to make sure everything was ..." Read review
