Dolmio Sauce
Review of Dolmio bolognaise sauce by irishlad20

Advantages: Tastes lovely, Nice Colour
Disadvantages: Messy, chunky and can be expensive!!

I have used Dolmio Sauce all my life and have found it to be the nicest sauce of its type!! It comes in a jar ranging from a small jar for a single person or a medium size or a family size. It does contain onions and chunks of tomatoe and I have noticed recently that the it has gotten chunkier as some of the onions look like they haven't been cut and I like the sauce to be smooth and not chunky!! So in order for this I now have to blend the sauce ...
...either way!! I also have found the sauce to have more water in it than it used to have!! However it is still beautiful and is the best!! However it can be quite expensive and therefore grab it wile it's on offer!! It is also versatile as it can be used not only on spaghetti bolognese as it is meant for, but also with chips and lasagne etc. ... Read review

curry in a hurry
Review of Patak's Original Curry Sauces by chalinor

Advantages: not expensive, easy to make
Disadvantages: the kitchen may smell

i really like pataks sauces are very authentic, very easy to use and a reasonable price , you can use them with all kinds of meat but i like chicken the best. and the good think is you make them to your own taste with tomatoes or yoghurt. i keep one in the cupboard at all times then i know i can rustle up a quick meal if i need to, our favourite one is madras sauce made with chicken with rice and a garlic naan bread. they priced at around 90p depending ... Cheese Fest!
Review of Batchelors Pasta 'n' Sauce by miasmum82

Advantages: Yummy and quick, long shelf life
Disadvantages: Calorific!

Batchelors Pasta and Sauce - Macaroni Cheese This review will be based specifically on the Macaroni Cheese flavour. There are a selection of flavours available: Chicken and Mushroom Tomato, Onion and Herbs Cheese, Leek and Ham Mushroom and Wine Broccoli and Cheese Personally I only buy the Macaroni Cheese version because I tried the Broccoli and Cheese version once and it was disgusting. The powder that forms the sauce was stuck in all the ...
...The Packaging Batchelors packaging is very similar for their Pasta N Sauce and their Instant Noodles and they are easy to find in the supermarket. It comes in a reasonably sized dark blue sachet, with the Batchelors red logo at the top of the front, and a picture of what the pasta should look like. The Macaroni version has pink accents, this is a different colour for each flavour. The pack weight is 108g. Its priced at 78p in Tesco at the moment ... Read review

VOYEUR IN MY KITCHEN
Review of Loyd Grossman Pasta Sauces by Morning_Becomes_Electra

Advantages: A delicious and natural tasting bottled sauce.
Disadvantages: A little dearer than most brands.

- LOYD GROSSMAN TOMATO AND MASCARPONE WITH VODKA - I'm not usually a lover of these bottled processed sauces as they tend to have a sharp tangy taste and a chemical flavour. You can almost taste the preservatives. But I was intrigued to try out the Lloyd grossman range as the flavours and combinations sounded quite imaginative. I wondered what the man who went 'Through the keyhole' was doing in the kitchen too. So all in all I went for it, to see ...
...from the aforementioned ingredients' the Loyd Grossman sauce also contains egg, yeast, lemon juice and pepper. So for people suffering with allergies or dairy intolerance, be aware that this sauce contains milk, butter, and egg, and for sufferers of anaphylactic shock *WARNING this product is also made in a factory which handles NUTS, PEANUTS and sesame seeds.* They suggest if adding the sauce to a meat dish that it should be simmered gently for ...
