Patak's Original Korma Curry Paste

When you're in the mood to create that yummy curry but do not want to be bothered with sourcing, toasting and grinding all your individual spices then curry pastes can offer a convenient way forward. I have always enjoyed curry and for many years I have made currys using a ready made sauce. I guess as I have got older and more health conscious I have started making my own and frequently use this curry paste as a base for my recipes. The jar holds 290 grams of paste which is of thick consistency and mildy spiced, predominatntly with korma and coriander. The jar itself is of nice design with the familiar Pataks look.
