The tape is of an average length and it is worthwhile buying. I can't say that ... ...this product is not good as some people are harder to hypnotise than others.
I have lent this tape to some of my friends, who have had good results with it.
I will try again, but next time I will try this tape in conjunction with Nicorette patches and hopefully I will have some success.

I bought this product to try and give up smoking, I found that the first side of the tape was full of breathing exercises to help you relax and think about why you want to give up smoking.
