I bought this product to try and give up smoking, I found that the first side of the tape was full of breathing exercises to help you relax and think about why you want to give up smoking.
Paul McKenna gave some very sound reasons for stopping smoking along with my own reasons that had made me decide to try and stop.
The Second side of the tape contained the hypnotherapy and I personally found it very hard to be hypnotised as I found it very hard to relax when I was thinking about being hypnotised.
The tape is of an average length and it is worthwhile buying. I can't say that I have stopped smoking but that do's not mean that this product is not good as some people are harder to hypnotise than others.
I have lent this tape to some of my friends, who have had good results with it.
I will try again, but next time I will try this tape in conjunction with Nicorette patches and hopefully I will have some success.

Dont give up, it looks as if I have cracked it. 40 odd years on the weed and I have been off them for 12 weeks now read my op on nicorette. Good luck....Robin
