Why i'll never buy Pauls... |

They look great sooo trendy the IT item to be holding a funky Pauls Boutique bag - but this is why i'll never buy again!!
I ordered myself a lovely bright pink Jackie bag, cute i love PB vest top and a leopard print hoody online at Pauls Boutique.com i couldn't wait for everything to come, How dissappointed i was when they did!
The bag that arrived looked awful compared to the lovely pics online the i love PB quilting had all loose threads hanging off everywhere - my customised charm was missing!!! :( the i love PB icon on the squares are attached were not central all in all i'd have been better off buying a fake instead of shelling out thsi kind of money for rubbish! this is the worst bag i've ever bought primark bags are better quality than this. The vest was no better as soon as it stretched slightly the i love PB wording on the front split even though the vest was ribbed and the hoody was really not cut very well. As i'd purchased everything in the outlet i couldn't return anything unless i was willing to purchase more from Pauls Boutique which is certainly not what i want to do! I couldn't even complain about my missing bag charm becuase the email address doesn't work - hows that for customer service!
I think its gonna have to be ebay for this lot!! sorry Paul x
