You could say that they are whiter because I do not smoke anymore but as a red wine and coffee drinker this tooth paste also stops my teeth being stained by these too. I know a few people that have never smoked but use this paste as it is so good!
Now after 3 months my teeth are as white as my sister who has never been a smoker! It also gives you fresh breath which is good! I use it everyday and the whitening agents haven't damaged my teeth or made them sensitive unlike other toothpastes I've used in the past.

The ingredients in this product are: Sorbitol, Sodium Bicarbonate (Baking Soda), Water, Hydrated Silica, Glycerin, Tetrasodium Pyrophosphate, Flavor, Sodium Saccharin, Cellulose Gum, Sodium Lauroyl Sarcosinate, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Titanium Dioxide.
Advantages: Good value , great taste , breath freshening , cleans teeth really well Disadvantages: None found yet , but could be the real price .
Please note I am not 100% sure if this is exactly the same toothpaste . Most probably it is an updated version .
