====What Is It?====
Denta Rask is a hard dog chew that is designed to remove plaque whilst your dog eats.
====What Do They Look Like?====
They're about three to four inches long and one to one and a half inches wide. One end is shaped like a bone and the other is rounded. It's of a pale colour.
... ...there won't be any taint left on your dog's breath. If it smells of anything, I suppose it would be rice.
====Taste?====
Well these don't have a meaty flavour according to the pack, but they do contain milk, so that's probably what they taste like. My Brandy loves them so they must be good.
====What's In Them?====
As well as milk, they also contain vitamins A, D and E.

=Smell?
=None really, which is good as there won't be any taint left on your dog's breath. If it smells of anything, I suppose it would be rice.

=As well as milk, they also contain vitamins A, D and E.
The contain EC permitted antioxidants and preservatives.
They also provide 20% of the energy needs of a 15kg dog.
=Feeding Guide
=
One a day. But reduce the main meal to balance energy intake.
=Can All Dogs Have Them?
=The medium rask is not suitable for dogs under 8kg.
=Do They Make A Mess?
=
No. For a cyhange, these treats are very clean.
=Packaging?
=They come in a packet. To open, simply tear at the corner and let the opening cord do the rest!
=According To The Pack...
=
"8 out of 10 dogs over the age of three have gum disease"
=Why Are These Good?
=They target the back teeth where plaque can build up and cause bad breath and gum disease.
=Price
=
I've found them for £1.45 in ASDA. For this you get two chews.
=Value For Money?
=If they help to keep you dog's teeth healthy then I would say yes. It's cheaper than a vet's bill to sort out the problem once it's started.
=Do They Work?
=
Well because of their price and because Brandy eats them in less than twenty seconds, I don't give them to him every day. He's had two this week and after eating, they do seem to have worked a bit. Although the cleanliness doesn't seem to last long. My main reason for buying them for him, is that he likes them. I do try to givehim one treat a week that claims to clean his teeth so I must have some faith in them.
Advantages: shuts them up :P Disadvantages: depending on ur dog, can last only short time
Whenever I go out, I always always have to get something for my animals for a treat :P and their usual treat wasnt there, so this time we gave the rask a go.
The sizes we got were large and we got 2 in a pack for £1.38. The sizes are all the same price, so we get the large to get the most for them.
Not only do they stop the dogs from barking, messing about, playing etc for a little while for some peace and quiet lol but they also help their teeth ... ...chewing does in any species.
They are made from hide, with a meaty sort of powderous in the middle. The hide means they have to chew and saliva all over it to soften it up, but most dogs find this a doddle, and if you have dogs anything like mine, they are down on them in no time at all !
They dont last long though, this may again just be my two, ( medium sized 2 mongrels) but they get through them in around 5minutes start to finish. They dont ...

Advantages: good for teeth Disadvantages: looked very bland
Pedigree Denta Rasks come in a bright yellow and blue packet with a picture of a dog and the product on the front. They are available in a variety of different sizes.
I brought these treats for my two dogs, a Golden Retriever and West Highland Terrier, as they both have poor teeth and the packet described the treats as having a ''deep cleaning action which specially targets the back teeth where plaque and tartar tends to develop''. Large and small ... ...for both of my dogs just because they were on special offer at the supermarket.
Neither of the dogs seemed that intrested in them, they sniffed them and walked away. I expected this from the Westie who is very fussy when it comes to new treats but was very surprised about the Goldie who normally wolfs everything down without a second thought. However in the end, both dogs did eat the treats. But when I gave them another one a couple of days later, ...

Then i came across the Denta Rasks. 3 in a pack,looked good,good price,so i went for them ones.
When i got home and introduced them to Milo,he loved them!
The first one i gave him,took him a few days to demolish,seen as he was only small (about 4-5months old) and then the one after that took him maybe a day or so.
Ive bought about 4 packs since then, and he loves eating them!
They keep ...

Quick review of Pedigree Denta Rask
As you may know, all "Pedigree" products are manufactured by "Mars" confectionary corporation. Despite fluffy comments on their website indicating their concern for the welfare of dogs, it has now been revealed that they finance and direct a totally unnecessary testing program in which animals are subjected to agonising suffering in grisly experiments. More details of Mars' activities in these areas are readily available on the web from such welfare organisations as PETA. Regardless of the "quality" of this product, all purchasers are funding these activities. ...
