ProMy muttlets love em!

ConsJust the one choice of flavour maybe?

۞ Over the years, my canine waste disposal unit, otherwise known as Zacharia Puddleduck, has eaten anything and everything. You name it, and he has tried and normally succeeded in devouring it. Carpets, skirting boards, my spectacle arms, cushions, dog beds being a speciality. I’ve seen him...

“Pedigree Jumbones”

published 21/06/2007

Prokeeps dogs entertained.

Consmakes dog very thirsty

My dogs are both big fans of Pedigree dog treats. But their treats never seem to last more than 10 minutes! I noticed Jumbones in the pet shop and they seemed larger than most of the other treats in the shop, so I thought they may last a bit longer. They come in a red and yellow packet with a...

ProDogs love them, they are clean

ConsNo replacement for brushing teeth

Ah… our Meg, the little Border Terrier (BT) cutey…with the very pongy breath. You would not know, as she lies there, sighing gently in her sleep, that behind that sweet little nose and wrinkled little smile lays possibly the worst dog breath ever. Yes ladies and gentlemen, they have...

Consnot enough in the pack for a big dog

Pedigree Light and Tasty Rice Bones. I had just taken our 2 1/2 year old Doberman, Jake, to get his annual boosters and a dose of wormers at our local vetenary surgery. Expecting to pay a fortune out I was cringing when the receptionist told me it was £31 odd. Oooh not bad at all (especially as I...

ConsYour dog will want another one

Pedigree is one of the most popular ranges of products for dogs. My dog isn't actually a pedigree, she's a Springer mixed with a Staffordshire bull (HUH?), I know but most people cannot tell as she looks like a regular Springer spaniel. Although she doesn't eat the pedigree food these ''Breath...

ProAn easy way to administer a tablet

ConsThe dog occassionally spits out the tablet

If anyone reading this opinion has tried to give a dog medication in the form of a tablet will know that it is often impossible to do with out alot of resitance. I may have the answer and it involves a small bag of treats which are marketed under the name of "Schmackos Dog trats with Chicken". I...

Pedigree Light and Tasty Chewy Bars with Chicken. If my dog could use a computer she would be writing this op for me, and, although she can't talk, I have it on her very good authority that she just loves these treats. I first started buying these chews a year ago - we had just moved house and...

ProBig, Tasty, Keeos your dog busy

ConsPrice

I first saw this product in my local supermarket and I believe it was on offer, half price I think. The main appeal was the price but there was also a message on the packaging "Lasts up to an hour". I have two Springer spaniels and finding treats for them that last more than ten minutes is a...

pedigree super chew are my dogs favorite chew, if you can call them a chew as they resemble a bone more than a chew. Pedigree claim that these chews taste great and are long lasting, i dont know about the taste as i havent tried them personaly but my dog seems to like the taste, they smell a bit...

“New Predigree Super Chew”

published 01/01/2005

ProLong lasting & safe

ConsExpensive

At last, I have found a long lasting dog chew that is rawhide free and is actually good for the dog. The new Pedigree Super Chew is a large meaty bone shaped chew that looks a lot like the rawhide bones you can get from pet shops. Unlike rawhide bones, this Super Chew is 100% safe. There are no...

I like to give my dog different biscuits and treats so that he doesn't get bored with the any of them. So when I came across these Gravy Bones in the supermarket I decided to try him with them. As a result he absolutely adored them and kept wanting more. Previously I used to buy these for a...

“Jumbone”

published 03/12/2000

ProExcellent variety

ConsToo many treats causes itchy skin

My Jack Russel loves Jumbone and now that Pedigree have bought out the 2 in a pack smaller version it is even better. I prefer fake bones to real ones as there is less to choke on. The bone has a marabone inner with some form of chewy exterior which seems to taste very good. It takes him a while...

ProLong lasting, good value, very tasty

Consgets stuck in fur!

We have a 12 year old English Springer Spaniel who loves Jumbones. He would eat them every day if we allowed it. They are hard chews which are bone shaped if you are imaginative. They are not real bone or raw hide so cause none of the problems associated with these 2 products (indigestible, noisy...

Consnone

We've recently discovered Pedigree gravy bones, because they were on special offer. They're crunchy biscuits covered in gravy. I'm not saying they're any better than other biscuits because when it comes to treats our dog will eat anything, and of course without trying one I can't say whether...
