I'm 45. My daughter and 6 year old grandson live with me. I'm registered disabled but in 'remission' at the moment. I'm part of an award winning theatrical group (unfortunately I'm still waiting for MY best actress award!)

What a fab camera!
With 5 Megapixels this lovely small camera is fantastic for the complete digital photography virgin as well as those with slightly more knowledge
It has a 3x optical zoom, with 'point and shoot' function. There is a dial on the top of the camera, which lets the user choose from all the different functions - these include; video (with sound), voice recorder, sunset etc
This one also has an 11 MB internal memory - handy when you've filled up your memory card
However - like most of these cameras - it uses batteries like they're going out of fashion. I've tried high energy AA batteries and they last for hardly any time. I've tried rechargeables and the camera wouldn't work at all BUT I've just been told there is a camera battery available for it
The manual was another disappointment. It's on the CD ROM so if you want a hard copy you have to print it out yourself. I've got a PC (obviously) but what about people like my elderly parents? I think this is a real con

My son has this camera and found the battery life a problem. Once he had sorted that out, he loves the camera. Maureen

Sorry for the low rating - I think you need to include more detail about the camera itself like physical size, cost etc - hope you dont mind my comments Rache :)
Advantages: Solid, light, reliable, good-looking, easy to use, a name you can trust Disadvantages: Guzzles batteries (as they all do), a bit slow to start up
