The screen / viewfinder is large covering most of the back of the camera, clear and easy to use menus ... ...mobile phone ones, but has to be removed to recharge, so worst of both worlds - can't just plug the charger into the camera and can't just fill it up with AA batteries (however that's probably because they would be too big for this camera).
I was a bit disappointed in the image stabilisation mode though, very grainy (noisy) pictures when I've used it so far.
VGA video, works well, framerate seems high i.e. smooth playback.

So, It is a good camera for its price. I am not a specialist in cameras so it is quite easy to use for an average person, good pictures, very good videos for a photo camera. Big plus that it has a rechargeable battery, and not AA ones. Never buy one with AA batteries, they go flat after a couple of photos taken. For your convenience, you can buy an additional ... ...price and keep it charged, so that if the one in the camera goes flat there is always a replacement. It has a number of features, and modes in which you can take photos, like for photographing animals or food or sport events, but they don't seem particularly great and the difference from a normal mode and these special modes is not significant.
It is quite small with a decent screen and nice to touch. It doesn't feel plastic and toy-like like most ...

LOOK & FEEL
The whole look and feel of the camera is very pleasing to both the touch and the eye. The ruberized hand grip on the right hand-side is a perfect fit for the hand and the lens is just long enough to cup your hand around when taking a steady picture. The rest of the body is made from a high quality plastic which surrounds the lush 2.5 inch screen.
