Advantages Remote control, zoom function, night shoot mode, panorama mode
Disadvantages film based so you have to wait for the film to be processed before you get to see the pictures
I've had this camera for over ten years now and it has never failed me. This is one of those models that were brought out in the market before the digital cameras, so you can expect great shots even if it is film based. I also have better shots than those of my digital camera so every time I travel I bright both my digital and my Pentax ZOOM 90 WR. I also like its zoom function where you can zoom in and zoom out when shooting pictures. Another feature that I really like and I have used so many times is the remote control. Yes, even if its not a digital camera and is more than ten years old, it has a remote control where instead of running so that you can be part of the picture, you can take your time, do a good pose, then shoot the picture. Its also good for self portraits and I have done it quite a few times with great results.
For those used to digital cameras, the only drawback probably is you have to wait for the film to be processed before you can appreciate your pictures. But it is always worth the wait and I still have so many pictures that are of better quality all because of this camera.
