Peppa Pig Wall Clock

My little girl is a big Peppa Pig fan so anything to do with this is a big hit with her. She recently moved into her own room as her new little brother took the nursery. We didn't really have a theme per say when we decorated her room as I didn't want it to be too girly and over the top with one character so we have plain white walls with some Mickey Mouse and friends on them and some Winnie The Pooh and some Peppe Pig. When I saw this clock I knew it would be a nice way of adding a bit of Peppa but not making it Peppe Pig overkill. I also thought a clock would be a brilliant idea as although she cannot tell the time yet to have a clock in her room and get her familiar with it and the numbers and how it works will only make my job easier when it comes to actually teaching her to tell the time properly.

The clock in't the best quality and is not something I would ever have as a long term decoration in her room but for the next couple of years it will do. The clock is made of a pink plastic and is fairly light so it will hang on the wall easily and you do not have to worry about it being too heavy and falling off.

It is in a flower shape so it has lots of little rounded edges. This makes it look quite fun in my opinion and is not as boring as just a round clock. There are also two little pink plastic daisies on each side of the clock. On the plastic rim there are little heart outlines which give the frame of the clock some texture and a nice look. The numbers 1 to 12 are displayed on the clock which is perfect for little kids as this is the way they will learn rather than having a fancy clock that just has marks where the numbers should be.

Last but not least there is a picture of Peppa on the face of the clock, just a basic picture where she looks quite normal but it finishes the clock off nicely. The clock takes 1 AA battery and we've had the same one since we bought it and it is still going strong. I bought mine from Tesco Direct and it cost £13.
