Advantages: Glossy, lots of content Disadvantages: Very stylised - for a particlual market
Perfect home appears to appeal to the Ikea set or maybe those well off young people (who used to be called yuppies) who probably move straight into a brand newly built house as their first home. The overall style of the magazine is definitely contemporary (You won't find eclectic or 'oddbal' homes featured here) and 'young'.
The magazine tends to feature the home room by room, by this I mean the contents are divided into living, kitchens ... ...a plethora of competitions in Perfect Home as you do with some mags. Having said that though, there is a £3,000 Kays Catalogue competition this month.
A magazine with a definite style and image which will either appeal to you or not. If you are not into sleek, shop bought goods and prefer a more individualised home this mag may not appeal. On the other hand if you are a frequent visitor to showhomes, you will love it.

Home Flair is a gorgeous magazine which I feel will appeal to a wide range of readers (as opposed to ones such as Inspirations or Perfecthome, whose readership is more narrow due to the style of publication) as it's style is not definite and it features all sorts of interiors.
I always buy this magazine every month (along with House Beautiful and Homes and Ideas) because I always find something in there which appeals to my sense of style (which does tend to be on the eclectic side) although the magazine in general is geared to a contemporary feel.
They usually feautre a show home of the month (which saves you the bother of venturing out of a Sunday afternoon :-)) along with reader's homes and various other products and services.
Lavishly illustrated with lovely photos, the magazine is the type your relax with along ...

Location, Location, Location presented by Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer. The programme is well worth watching if you are looking into moving house or if you are interested in property programmes.
So what do they do?
Kirstie and Phil help people who are having difficulties finding a perfecthome. They both search for properties in the areas that the people want to move and show them what they have found. They search for houses which suit the needs of those wishing to move.
What I think
I think the Kirstie and Phil do a great job searching for homes most of the time they find homes that ticks all the right boxes for the person who is moving and lets face it half the time that is a pretty hard thing to do, I certainly would not be able to do that for myself. The programme is easy to follow and also gives the audience ...
Frasier for me is a programme that goes in fits and starts, I don?t know if they use different writers for a series but the show is either histerically funny or fairly average. Kelsey Grammer has proved himself a fine comic actor although throughout most of the shows he is the straight fall guy and relies on quick dry wit for the comedy. Perhaps this is why it appeals to British audiences along with Seinfeld. The supporting cast is excellent and pulls different characters into sublimely funny situations. The two sides of Frasiers life, Work and Home prove to be the perfect setting for a laugh. ...
