You are as common as muck !
Review of Common as Muck. The Autobiography of Roy 'Chubby' Brown - Roy Brown by  brockysbird

Advantages: A hilarious insite to the rudest man in comedy !!!!!
Disadvantages: the only disadvantage is if you havnt read it !!!!

...facts about his life and to his family life wife and children and to heartache and cancer. You don't have to be a fan of the rudeness and crudeness of chubby to enjoy this book because after you read it you will discover that Roy Chubby Brown isn't all that rude at all he is a perfect gentleman kind and giving, but most of all a comic genius. This is the best Autobiography I have ever read and I think im on the 4th read now and it's still as fresh as the first time I read it! Go and buy it I promise you wont regret it!... Read review

An amazing and uplifting read.
Review of The God of Small Things - Arundhati Roy by  Aireal

Advantages: An amazing and uplifting read.
Disadvantages: Sometimes difficult to keep track of all the characters' names this can be confusing.

...Roy's novel was published 1996, quickly became a best-seller, and won the prestigious Booker Prize in October, 1997. After reading this book at A Level Literature, it has always remained a brilliant read. Set in Kerala, India it is a book bursting with life, children, insects, animals and plants. The writing gives such an atmosphere you can almost taste the scents that describe postcolonial India. The novel is rich with Indian family relationships, social custom and mores, politics, and the most universal of human emotions and behaviour. It is a fictional story based upon historical events. Written in more than one narrative but most of all the narrative of a child. The story centres around a pair of Syrian Christian twins, Estha and Rahel moving backward from present-day India to the fateful drowning that took place in 1969... Read review

R.H.S. Encylopedia of Gardening
Review of RHS Encyclopedia of Gardening - RHS by  Gill_J

Advantages: Everything you need in one book.
Disadvantages: Very Heavy.

..., it not easy to do but the best thing is that this book gves you beautifuly illustrated ideas about planning what kind of garden you want, everyone has thier own deas about Gardening and how they want want thier Garden to look like, it may be a play area for children as well as a relaxing place to sit in the summer. You may like me want to have a Garden which is highly scented and low maintainence, its all here. 2. Ornamental Trees. It' s so important to choose the right Tree and plant it in the right place or believe me things can go very wrong, if you use the book as a guide a Tree can be a real feature even in a small Garden, This sectons goes through choosing a tree and how to care for it once you have it established. 3. Ornamental Shrubs. Again I find that the book is set out to lead from one thing to another, after you have gotten... Read review
