My perfume for years Advantages: Im passionate about it Disadvantages: ... I think I am a quite modern girl, net-addicted and stuff like that, but in perfume Im the most classical and grandma-like you could imagine. I just dont understand (and i dont like) the smelling stuff its coming to the market in these days. The most of them smells like cleaning products or so... (But I love Azuree Soleil, from Estee Lauder, launched in limited edition last year, but I cant find it anymore. If anybody knows were I can find it...) ... ...I think the most recent that Im addicted its Coco, launched in the end of the 70s, but my favourite is, no doubt, Shalimar. I think the first time I sniff it I was around 18 years old, but I only gain one when I made 22 or 23, dont remember. Not much money in student ages, you know... I love it from the first sniff. Its a mystical thing: it makes me travel to castles and rich woods and velvet curtains, candle lights and long dresses. Travelling ... Mitsouko - My Favourite Perfume Advantages: Very unusual smell; long-lasting; mysterious Disadvantages: Quite expensive; possibly a bit heavy for daytime wear ...surprised if it becomes a "collectable" in its own right in a few years' time. The one slight disadvantage about Mitsouko is that, like all Guerlain products, it is quite expensive but in my opinion it is well worth spending the money to get such a beautiful, unique perfume. ... Great Fragrance For Day Or Night Advantages: It makes me feel good! Disadvantages: Can be heavy if you use too much Samsara is made by French perfumier Guerlain. It is not a new ‘modern’, or ‘trendy’ type of fragrance and would not be suitable for the latest unisex ranges. It is a very feminine fragrance and one that is like no other. Its aroma is quite distinctive. It comes in a perfume and in an eau de toilette. The eau de toilette is lighter and less expensive than the perfume. This fragrance was first designed in 1989 and it was aimed at the kind of woman ... ...being too obvious. The name of the perfume is actually from a Sanskrit religious word which refers to the cycle, or circle of eternal rebirth. The bottle itself is red with a gold top and it comes in an equally stunning red box. I would describe the fragrance as sandalwood with a touch of amber and musk. The musk is not too heavy in this case although I do sometimes find musky fragrances over powering. CHAMPS ELYSEES PERFUME, FANTASTIC SCENT, COMPLETELY UNIQUE! Advantages: value for money, lasts ages, strong but not over powering Disadvantages: none This perfume is my absolute favourite scent! The smell is so unique to any other perfume, and is strong enough to last all day. I would recommend this to be worn at anytime of the day, just a light spritz for the day time, and for evenings, just a few more sprays. This is a 'signature' perfume, as the smell is so unique, just the smell of this alone will remind everyone you know of you! The scent is hard to describe, but is a long lingering, strong ... ...woody, but with a very fresh and clean scent. It is strong enough to make its mark, but not over powering as the smell is so beautiful. Since i first bought this, I have never changed my perfume..........It is now my 'signature' scent! The value for money is fantstic, it lasts so long, and there is always a special offer on! A large bottle should not cost much more than £20, which, compared to other popular perfumes, is a bargain!
