HUGO XX for Women - A fragrance that lasts Advantages: Long lasting smell, lovely looking flacon, widely available Disadvantages: Quite pricey Hugo XX for women is part of the first his and her fragrances from Hugo. There are described as two individual, contrasting fragrances that when worn together with Hugo XY for men is meant to be a provocative and perfect match. I can only speak for the fragrance that I have tried which is Hugo XX for women. It has a light woody, floral bouquet and leaves you smelling lovely without being in anyone's face and fits any occasion whether daytime or evening. ... ...of around £26 for a 40 ml flacon but it is worth it. A few sprays on your wrists and neckline and it will last all day just like a quality fragrance should do. The flacon's design is quite eye catching with a simplistic yet sophisticated glass bottle. The colour of the fragrance makes it look like liquid gold and the letters on the bottle are also gold. It would make a great present for any woman. A recent convert to the cologne side and never looking back! Advantages: Great subtle smell, attractive bottle Disadvantages: Must be used sparingly or is reulsive! ...you walk past. But this Hugo Boss isn't like that, its subtle (when used sparingly!) and catches attention for a split second and creates interest! It works much like a brief second of eye contact, it breaks the ice and sparks off interest! So forget sloshing on gallons of cheap perfume - a mere spritz or two of this will work much better kid! It smells refreshing and "clean" its not overpowering or over scented with spices or flowery chemicals. ... Intensely perfumed Advantages: very versatile, long lasting, feminine Disadvantages: none Intense by Hugo Boss is a very versatile fragrance. With hints of Vanilla and amber, this is a very feminine and, in my opinion, sophisticated scent. This is a perfume that can be used for almost any occassion, light enough for day wear yet, equally sexy and seductive enough for a night out. It is also equally good in the summer months as winter, with a refreshing and warming scent. The scent is also long lasting and, although the aroma will not ... ...will comfortably last all day. Priced at around £34 for a 50ml bottle (although better deals can be found online) the price is not cheap but remains affordable, and you get the quality that you would expect at that price. The bottle itself is simple, yet attractive, with red glass that is darker at the top and much clearer at the bottom of the bottle (this is handy as you can then see when you are running low).
