Disadvantages Items don't arrive, premium "customer service number", company couldn't care less!
Order two personalised mugs and a mousemat as Christmas presents on the 11th December. Money was taken from my account that day, order confirmed. All that was left was to make sure that I caught the postman within the next four working days in order to take delivery of the items. Well I waited, and waited, and nothing. Then began to get concerned at the number of people who were also waiting for items from them. Rang on the 20th to chase the order up (beware - its an 0845 number) - and was promised the items were on their way. Mousemat turned up on the 22nd, but still no sign of the mugs! I can't even get fleeced ringing their "customer service" department on the premium rate number as they are not even back in work until 4th January!! Seriously, it doesn't matter what they otter you in terms of discount to buy, it really, really isn't worth it. I ended up rushing into town to replace the missing gifts on Christmas Eve, this service is terrible. To make matters worse, right up to the 23rd December they were emailing me offering express delivery on new orders "guaranteed to arrive before Christmas" - guess they are covered because they didn't stipulate which year they were aiming for!
