I have had to claim in the past and found them to be very efficient and helpful. Their calls are asnwered quickly and professionally. thank god for pet insurance

Advantages: very quick at payin vets valie for money
Disadvantages: would go for the £4000 policy

Straight forward

Advantages: Straight forward claims form - very quick service
Disadvantages: None!

I have used Sainsbury's pet insurance for my dog for the last 5 1/2 years. I have made two claims. The first when my dog was aged 2 for a foot injury. The vets themselves filled in the claim form and Sainsubury's paid them direct. The vets were happy to see that my pet was insured by Sainsbury's. The second time was a couple of weeks ago and it was over 4 hundred pounds. I had to pay for the bill myself then claim the money back. The main waiting ...
...as I kept checking with Sainsbury's to see if and when they had received my claim form. Sainsbury's received my claim on a Tuesday and when I arrived home the following Tuesday the cheque was on my doormat with a very nice letter in it too. Advantages: A great company to deal with.

Less than good

Advantages: none
Disadvantages: excess is 10% of bill + £70!

...took out home insurance with More Than, after I said yes to the quote- the lady asked me if I wanted any other quotes on insurance- I said none are up for renewal yet- she said I'd menioned I have a dog- and did I want a quote on that- it won't do any harm?
