Sony recommends that the included "Cyber-shot Viewer" Software supplied be installed onto your PC. This will enable you to view pictures on the camera and provided some limited editing feature. I didn't bother. I was quite happy to connect it to my PC using the included USB lead and let Windows do all the work. If you are, like me, running Windows XP the system immediately picks up the connection of a new device, recognises it as a Sony W100 and then prompts what you want to do with it, view files, copy files etc. As I am quite comfortable using Windows Explorer, I viewed the files.

WHATS INCLUDED
The kit that comes with the camera usually includes a strap, rechargeable battery and or charger, a hydra-cable, a printed Manuel and a CD ROM to accompany. The basic software for the camera is also included in this CD ROM. Normally no memory stick or duo card is included but you can but a 1GB FOR AROUND £15 when you shop around.
