It was to be a year or so before I got my hands on one-I have had mine for just over a year now although I have only been using it for about 6/7 months. I now have one ''very lucky'' Goldfish who has the bowl all to its self.
I purchased the biOrb on eBay I paid aprox £103.00 included in this price was a light unit(inc bulb) a pack of ceramic Gravel,a pack of fish food,a filter /chemicals (for the first 6-8 weeks maintenence) everything was included to get me started plus delivery was included in the price too-all I needed to do was buy a FISH!!
PLEASE NOTE it is recommended to ALWAYS use a RESIDUAL CURRENT BREAKER which wasn't included in my biOrb puchase-I shopped around and got a good one on eBay for around £10 ...

Pyrex glass bowl 1 litre.
This is not the smallest Pyrex glass bowl you can get there is a 0.5 litre glass bowl.
The1 litre Pyrex glass bowl that I have is guaranteed for ten years. I have had mine more than ten years now without any harm coming to it. No chips no cracks no pitted surface the glass still crystal clear.
This bowl is not a casserole dish just a simple round glass bowl , no lid
Pyrex is made of borosilicate toughened heat resistant glass. Pyrex kitchen ware has been made by Corning Inc since 1915, before that this firm developed toughened glass for light bulbs in 1879
Pyrex is a good material for a bowl as it is non- porous and flavours and smells do not linger on the bowl after washing it.

There used to be a really nice Hollywood bowl in Loughborough many years ago which used to be trendy, stylish and fun to visit. Since it closed down I hadn't bowled in ages so me and my boyfriend took a trip to Hollywood bowl in Leicester which this review is based on.
