Let me set the scene! We went on holiday for the weekend (me and my family) to Guernsey. Ok granted its possibly not the hottest holiday hotspot in the world, but being in the middle of a house renovation project and not having had a holiday in over 18 months, we were all desperate to get away…to...

The 206CC 1.6 16v Allure....Isn't it beautiful!?....well.....yes!! I bought mine only three weeks ago, and I'm impressed. Well I suppose I should be, I'm only 20 years old and I'm in a £16k convertible. It's black with black and red leather interior.....it's lovely! Ok where do I start, well...

ProNippy little thing, cheap convertable,

ConsNot so roomy in the back,

I really liked this car when I test drove it albeit that it was smaller that the car I was driving at the time, it was comfortable, very nippy, easy to park and looked great with the top off (I hadnt at that point drove it with the top down). The inside was very compact and I did feel a little...

ProLooks great, nippy to drive

ConsBit dear on fuel, can be noisy!

I have had my Peugeot 206 CC for approximately 2 years now and overall I am very satisfied with it. I have the 1.6 16v allure model. This comes with alloys and leather interior as standard, which I think complements the overall look of the car and having seen the models without the alloy wheels...

I've had my 206cc for almost two years now, and the only thing I would change it for is another one! I've owned a couple of Peugeots, but this has been the most fun. The 206 cc is supposed to be a 2+ 2 passengers (four seater) car, but to sit in the back you either have to be very small or an...

This review is very much of a sons review, in the fact that my mum has one of these cars. I figure this will be useful as botha review of the car from a driving point of view as i have driven it, and a sons point of view for mothers to consider. First of all, in my opinion, this is not a...

I have a black 2001 206 CC, I previously had a 1997 Mini Cooper which I absolutely adored but after five years it was time to move on. I started looking at the Lotus Elise but even an early model was in the seven thousand pound area, eventually I started looking at the 206 CC and was impressed...

Imagine a great sunny day, you take you car and your little family - must be small !! - for a drive. Sun is shining so you decide to take the roof of your convertible off. Pull a blind-like security screen in the boot, unlatch the roof, press a button and off you go, the roof is retracted within...

I have a 1.6 Automatic Allure - an excellent fun two seater with a touch of class - leather seats and handy stalk control of a really excellent JBC entertainment system. I've had my 206cc 1.6 (silver) for just about a year now, and the only other car I'd consider swapping it for at the moment is a black one! The roof is fantastic - undo 2 clips, press the button and you've got a convertible in less than 30 seconds. As the windscreen is so curved you get real good...

Not overly convinced by "MandaMay"s comments about insurance. I got insured on my 206cc 1.6 (Group 12) at 21 through Admiral for about £1,100. Although this was a little pricey at the time, after 1 years no claims this price went down to less than £600 and I've since joined Elephant (their sister...

I've had my CC for about 18mths now and its the best car I've ever had. If you want to have the benefits of topless driving without a) worries about getting your roof slashed and b) it being cold in the winter then this is the car for you. There are downfalls of owing the car - but so far the...
