I have owned my Peugeot 206cc 2.0 for eighteen months and so i've had plenty of time to get to know my car. Before i had a 1litre Volkswagen Polo, so i wanted something a bit more stylish and with a bit of a kick. The Peugeot 206cc has delivered that.
I started looking for a new car, knowing i wanted a convertable and so i was looking for something attractive and modern but at a decent price. After looking at cars matching my criteria, i found the Peugeot 206cc was a step ahead of the rest of the field. So i now had to pick my model.
I got the 2.0 litre model as i wanted to experience a new form of power. This i got. The car does 0-60 in just over 9 seconds, which is quick enough for any normal day to day driver. My 2.0litre model had the full works; air con, leather seats, power steering, c.d. player etc... and i'd recomend spending the extra as you get a lot more car than the 1.6litre model.
I still love the looks of my car. Even after eighteen months and with many new models coming out on the market, the Peugeot 206cc still looks stylish. My car is in black and when it's clean, you really notice the lovely curves of the car.
The main feature of this car is the folding hard top roof, and it's absolutley great. I love having the roof down on sunny days, it's just a whole new way of driving. The one thing i will say is that it's not uncommon for some roofs to leak (mine does slightly). But I just get on with it, it's worth putting up with for when those sunny days arrive.
This car does have a massive boot so it's very practical if you go shopping etc... however i would say you treat this car as a two seater as although it has four seats, theres just not enough room for four people in the car.
So to sum up; great fun, good to drive, good perfomance, practical and very well priced for what you get.
