The day I bought my 405 GRD was the day I discovered there is such a thing as a perfect car. Having owned a huge array of cars over the years I had come to the conclusion that you either had economy,space,reliablility,safety,power,​style or comfort, and never all together. Hi Every working day I journey 50 miles to work and back. To do this journey I purchased a 1995 Peugeot 1.9 Turbo Diesel. I was right to do this. The car has prooved remarkably reliable and very conservative on diesel at about 45mpg. Although not the fastest of cars and a bit slower to accelerate, it can cruise at the 70mph-80mph range quite happily on long distances. It also has electric windows, power assisted steering, ABS and several other electric goodies.
