Nice car shame about the garage bills.
Advantages: Comfortable and econmical. Disadvantages: Poor performance, not the most realiable.
My car is a 'X reg' 1.4 LX model. I've owned it for around 5 years now and while its a great little car and very comfortable inside it does seem to have a problem. It eats parts!
In the past 2 years alone I’ve had to have a Catalytic converter, a front exhaust section, and then later both a rear and mid pipe section, a new suspension spring, 2 tires and a cam belt; with a combined cost of around £1000! Which might be understandable if I didn’t have ... ...a service every 6 months and don’t drive more than 8000 miles a year!
The interior of the car is its best feature, and people will often comment about how comfy the seats are and how nice the seating position is. However being around 6ft tall I have a problem with the 'child sized' pedals! I have to carefully select my shoes if I’m driving so as not to press several pedals at once!
The cars performance is adequate but nothing special, acceleration ...

peugeot 106 ,not a very good car
Advantages: good on fuel Disadvantages: not much else
This car is good if you are learning to drive or you are old and slow. My gran has got one and it is not very good ,it will go 0-60 in about 25 seconds and the top speed is roughly 90 miles per hour which is terrible . The brakes are awful and the best place for this car is at a demolition derby , the leg room is suitable for small people , you cant fit anything in the boot so its no good for a pushchair or something big. Overall its probably the ...

Peugeot 307 2.0 HDi 110 remaps
Advantages: +cheap road tax+cheap ins+good mpgs+looks good+handles well +boot space Disadvantages: +Dual mass flywheel and poor quality clutch+high seating postion
I have just purchased a peugeot 307 2.0 HDi D Turbo 110bhp as standard the car was a bit slow,so i decided to have a engine remap which improved the cars performance amazingly. It now produces 150bhp and 250 ft/lbs of torque and is a very nice car to drive. However the clutch and flywheel has just gone and i was considering uprating them as the flywheel is a dual mass flywheel and are renowned for being problematic and changing it to a solid flywheel ... ...really is the nicest car i have ever owned i have a 10month year old little girl and even with the three door version i have no problems putting the car seat in and out and the boot space is brilliant for my bodyboards a happy purchase for me! : ) comfortable, spacious, good road handling, looks good and great featues. ...

Great first car
Advantages: Loads of parts available if anything goes wrong or if you need to add anything Disadvantages: Lacks power from the rather small 1.1 engine
For me, The Peugeot 206 is the perfect first car. I am an 18 year old male but not what many people would call a "boy racer". Now im going to be slightly biased aiming this at the young, first car market but its such a great little car its suitable for just about anyone.
Ive had my 206 verve for over a year now and nothing has gone wrong with it so far, nothing at all. For a first car, it honestly has everything. Firstly, it is usually assumed that ... ...a sport exhaust tip, small peugeot spoiler and alloy wheels and you can tell it is a young person's car because it looks great in the eyes of teenagers (and beyond) But it doesnt have to look that way there are different combinations of colour and additions to the car itself to give it a real personal feel.
Now to the actual driving and im not going to lie but obviously i havent had a lot of driving experience at my young age and don't have a lot ...
