Peugeot Trekker 50

I recently bought this scooter to use to travel to work and go out with my mates on. I got a bargain for a 2nd hand Peugeot Trekker, however it had done around 12k miles already. Still, this didnt effect its performance as I could get 45mph out of the 50cc engine and all of the mechanics were working fine. The scooter maybe small, but I would recommend it to anyone who just wants to get around for fairly cheap. Brought my trekker 2 weeks ago, brought it second hand for 350 it had already done 20,000 miles on a 2000 plate. But i have to say the power is mind blowing i hit 62mph down hill last night, with only a viper exhaust! This to me is a lot of power, the bike its self is a strong sturdy bike but is quite small which is an advantage when your small your self haha :) when i saw this bike on gumtree i dint really like the look of of it but i thought i must see it as you should never judge a book by its cover! I recently bought a 200o peugeot trekker off road , this was my first road legal bike. i was suprised at the power and torque of the bike. i went for a 2nd hand bike because of i will only have it for a year till i get a car , i was surprised when this popped up as it only had 677 km on the odometer and was only 500 pound if any one is thinking about purchasing a peougeot trekker i can fully recommend i have had a shot of my friends ludix and this will beat it hands down in every way exept from looks , the ludix was a ludix blaster 2006 model so in a comparisin i think a 2006 trekker would be ... more
