Consider... 307SW, bought new from Ian Allen. The car comes back from a service with no oil in the sump. The engine has run roughly ever since - no acknowledgement of their mistake. The Service Manager actively ignores customers he doesn't like - usually women, unless they're gorgeous pouting young bimbettes. Deaf HQ to customer complaints. Mysterious metal spike found in the front tyre after being taken back for yet more warranty work. The 'pop' as it went into the tyre happened the instant the vehicle started to move. Could be a coincidence? The build quality of the car is poor. A new exhaust in just over 2 years. Our other car (9 year old Passat) is still on it's original. Engine (mis)mangment system packed up. Air bag spontaneously deployed - no crash or anything!
My recommendations are patently obvious.
How helpful would this review be to a person making a buying decision? Rating guidelines
Sorry for the low rating, but I think that your Review needs a lot more information and detail to justify a higher rating. You might find it helpful if you read and rate some other peoples’ reviews that have been rated VH or E. It might give you an idea of the sort of things you need to include. It might also be helpful if you had a look at the Ciao guides to writing Reviews and Rating I found them really useful. If I can be of any help feel free to put a note in my gb. Rich
Advantages: powerful yet economical; spacious multi purpose car; epitome of reliability. Disadvantages: I have driven Trabants that have easier gearboxes !
