The only possible thing I could say that is negative about the taste is it may be just a little bit too sweet sometimes.

Performance
I have noticed a definite improvement in my physique and performance since using Synergy. Is it purely down to Synergy or is it down to my body, it is difficult to say but I do believe that Synergy has played a vital role in my body work. This is because it contains all the ingrediants that a body needs to recover effectively after a hefty workout (glutamine, creatine, BCAAs etc) I would certainly reccomend this to anyone who is looking for an all in one product to take after their workouts

I hadn't tried this product until a while ago and I must say I was extremely impressed. I had been languishing in a physical plateau and this was just the ticket to kickstart me again.
One look at the ingredients shows you that it is not kidding around. 37g of protein per serving is a perfect amount, especially post workout, to get some optimal results. That, alongside with creatine, high quality carbs and other nutrients makes it a dream come true ... ...the powder was also excellent, making it convenient as a first thing in the morning meal as well as postworkout. For anybody serious about their fitness goals but finding it hard to meet the nutritional requirements due to job, family commitments etc. you cannot go wrong.
The only downside I can think of is that the tubs don't last a particularly long time (15 days tops) and it is very expensive (around £35-£40 monstersupplements.com). If you brought ...

I bought PhD Synergy first about 2 months ago - when I was starting out back in the gym. It is a great all-in-one product because it has creatine, glutamine, protein, bcaas and a testosterone booster all in one product - which was great for me as a beginner looking at the shelf! The taste is fantastic - I used the chocolate cookie flavour and it tastes just like any other chocolate milkshake - even with water! Since first using Synergy I have tried ... ...when using this product - phd synergy - I gained quite a lot of muscle and lost weight at the same time because I was working out hard - I haven't a bad word to say about Phd synergy and will be sticking with it for the time being - it is saving me a fortune because buying the ingredients separately costs well over £100 for the same amount! ...
