    I bought this phabel plumping gloss from buycosmetics and thought it was a bit of a scam. Then the next thing i looked at the pot and thought it would be like a posh type of lipgloss so I thought if worse came to worse I could use it as a smart lipgloss. After applying it to my lips I found that it made my lips fuller and a lot bouncier than what they are like normally. I will definitely recommend this to other people as I think its a great gloss and actually does what it says too which is surprising!!!I am hooked on it now and will tell everyone I know who isnt happy with the fullness of ... more
