"Phantom of the Opera Astounds"

In my opinion, the film version of The Phantom of The Opera is a must for any collector of musicals. It is stunningly filmed and the acting talent is especially brilliant.

Gerhard butler astounds as the phantom, while Minnie Driver makes a wonderful Carlotta even though she did not actually sing her parts I am told, which is a great pity.

The sets are magnificent and the costumes are breathtaking to say the least. The soundtrack too is inspiring.

The film version of this stage musical adds a bit to the storyline and helps to flesh it out a bit, making it a bit easier to understand for those who have never seen the stage version.

Rush out and get your copy of this magnificent piece of art. You won’t be disappointed!
