Advantages armrests, convertable,. safe to use
Disadvantages Not sure on possibility for machine wash

I had the charcoal colour phil & tedds carseat, used it for 3 years and then resold it on and it didn't lose value! bought for $219 sold for $150 :D It is a very comfortable carseat for a toddler, it has good solid yet soft armrests, as well as good padding. It meets the safety requirements too :) What i really loved about the Phil & Tedds carseat is that it doesn't need to be bolted to the car, there is holes designed at the back of seat, for the seatbelt to go through, if converted to a booster seat thats very easy and you just put the seatbelt in and put belt through below armrests.
