Not going into detail of the usual patter of how the Tele works,and its specifications which you can read on its writeup. I came across the size when looking for a new monitor for the computer. I fancied a new tele as well, but naturaly no money. so had to economize. The philips23" came up on a sale Checking it out, it became a Natural for the job in mind. I took the chance and after setting it up which was so easy with Auto set up. It Stood on my computer table very easily . and the vision with screen for the computer was perfect, even as close to the screen I was sitting. You can have standard or widescreen viewing. Minature screen you can have whilst working on computer. If you dont want tele you can listen to the radio thats built into the tele, or link up your CD player or DVD. Last of all Broadband to download and watch on screen. Not sure i would go back to a smaller monitor or enjoy a bigger tv screen. My philips 32 tv is the best for me. I love the style as well. The tv is set up to connect your camera as well so big and clear pictures from digital. Alter picture size. 4 settings to 16.9 widescreen. speakers are fantastic having sterio to surround sound. There is 3 diferent settings for colour, with sound for music, theatre or talk. The unit is on all day every day. Had it 12 months now. so other screens probably have taken its place. I hope i rely on philips giving me another style just as good as this one if and when i need one. Not so sure how long these LCD screens last. They run quite hot so it helps with heating costs.hahaha. This written testimonial is only of my personal use of the philips television and its daily use. I am not sure of the technical side of it. The style and use is a fantastic piece of equipment. For television, computing ,musicand photographs.
