A fine 28" 100 Hz widescreen television with Dolby Digital. I bought this tv after reading several favourable reviews and haven't been disappointed in the least. The picture on this tv is exceptionally clear with vibrant colours and good contrast and can look superb, however if your viewing distance is small the picture can look quite grainy. Also if you are not used to 100Hz televisions be aware that motion is very jittery on them, Philips have a system called Natural Motion which helps with this problem but it is still noticeable. The sound is also very good, with wireless surround speakers, a superb integral subwoofer aand excellent Dolby Digital. Another fantastic feature worthy of note is the teletext system which stores 1200 pages in memory so no more waiting for the page to change, you can simply leaf through them.
