This shaver is a real investment.
It has all the benefits of a wet shave; close, comfortable and reduced shaving rash whilst maintaining the speed convenience of an electric shaver. This, however, only applies to when you use it as a wet shaver. Wet face, gel/foam etc.

The shaver is completely waterproof so it's useable in the shower/bath which I can say, works really well. The hot water and steam of the shower opens up the pores allowing for a closer shave without causing hair to be manipulated in a way that may cause ingrown hairs.

The clipper on the back works perfectly well but has a slight flaw. The clipper itself has a weak holding mechenism which means slight pressure causes it to want to close again - this can be resolved by using your thumb to hold it out.

In terms of battery life - It's great. A full charge (less than an hour i forgot to count) lasts at times a week which is incredible and when the battery is running low - the LED on the front flashes to let you know. Because this flashing is pretty unavoidable it eliminates the chance you wont see it and it'll run out mid-shave.


As a dry shaver it is exactly the same as any other, in fact I would say a foil electric is still better in terms of comfort and reduced shaving rash.
