Philips AZ102

Mooching around on Amazon one boring and wet rainy afternoon with time to spare and a few quid on my credit card left I decided that I needed a new stereo of some kind. I owned a midi system and two other cd/radio players as it was but my hi-fi suddenly decided to stop working and one of my portable cd players with a radio got a cracked lid to the top of it when I was moving recently so I decided that now was the time to upgrade! I needed something to listen to while I worked at home, in the garden and in the office and I needed it quick. Paying a quick visit to my local Bennets I picked up the AZ102N, a CD/Radio by Dutch manfacturers Philips. Because I wanted something cheap and cheerful that would be subject to a few knocks I picked up Bennet's own brand £19.99 stereo which had unfortunately sold out, this was the next cheapest thing but I am glad I picked a reputable brand because it fulfills all of my needs as a radio and CD player. I have an iPod which i love to death and usually use instead of a CD player, but due to the warm weather lately i've bein having BBQ's and parties in the garden with family and friends. It was a bit boring with not much of a party atmosphere without some nice loud music, if we were inside the house i'd just stick the music channel on the TV but thought i could do with a nice cd player for the garden that everyone could enjoy.
