Philips Analogue monitor SCD469 4-channel

The SCD469 functions as a regular baby monitor. However, there are occasions when you need that extra freedom a regular monitor is unable to provide for example, when you are... more...gardening. With the Dial Up monitor you can easily switch to the dial up mode.

A poor Philips monitor (revised review)

Advantages: great colour quality, efficient customer assistance by philips
Disadvantages: they all have a faulty power supply (read my story)

I thought this review needed some more info in order to be more helpful for the readers/buyers. REVISED REVIEW I want to start this review with a strong suggestion: to avoid this philips monitor model (170C5BS). I had lots of trouble with it and they only ended because it was finally replaced with a different model. I let you read my experience which I hope will help you to have an opinion about it. FIRST OF ALL SOME PRODUCT HIGHLIGHTS: 12ms response time (On-Off) SXGA, 1280 x 1024 resolution sRGB ready TCO '03 compliance Lower power consumption (so low that had problems with it, read on...) Embedded power supply (meaning that if it's faulty or has problems you have to send back the whole monitor and this is what happened) Smart ...

Philips Electric Shaver

Advantages: Built In Conditioner, quiet, stylish, effective
Disadvantages: Bit of a hassle to clean

Like most of the new reviews that are gonna be coming onto ciao at the moment i got this as a christmas present. Which was lucky, because i wasn\'t spending my christmas at home and forgot my razor. I used this shaver on christmas evening. After taking me about 15 minutes to get into the packet. It was one of thos stupid hard plastic cases, that takes a rocket scientist or a trained member of the S.A.S. to get into. But everything was displayed in the packet quite nicely. With the shaver, and Nivea conditoner displayed upright at the fron of the pack, and the plug/charger tucked around the back, out of display sight, but still visible. Obviously, easy to display in a shop this way, like most things, with the flat back and protuding front. As for the product itself, it looks very stylish with the silver and blue. Very modern shape ...

A Phreaking Phantastic Philips Monitor

Advantages: Sylish Monitor/TV, Multifunctional, Small, 3 Years Warranty
Disadvantages: A lot of blurring when playing video, and games (or Ghosting)

*Initial Note* The Philips 180MT is a combination TV and LCD monitor, with VGA, audio (RCA and stereo plug), S-video, and TV with Teletext compatibility inputs. There are headphone and stereo-out on the side of the unit for quick access, and it sports built in stereo speakers. It also features PIP (Picture-In-Picture) between all inputs. The max resolution is 1280x1024, .28mm dot pitch, and <30ms response time. No DVI input, though. Included is a remote and all necessary cables. *Features/ General Description* My first impression when I took the Philips 180MT out of the box was simply, ?Mint!? Hands down, this is the nicest looking LCD monitor or TV I have ever seen. The grill covering the speakers has a dispersed shotgun type pattern, and the whole panel portion and base feet have a silver textured paint coating. One ...
