I took advantage of the DECT technology and still do experience the sound quality during all communications. The second and third handset allows me to have a phone in a room without the need for a telephone socket which is quite handy really. This cordless twin phone set is very stylish and is generally very reliable. I had problems with previous cordless phones where they would ring out of sync with each other but I haven't had any problems like this. The best feature is probably the ease with which you can retreive answer phone messages - there is a play button on the front of the main phone base. At the moment, however, we still haven't figured out how to record our own answer phone ...
...took a long time to work out how to increase the volume. I would recommend that if you buy this phone you keep the manual and keep it safe as it is not really very user friendly.
