I bought this dvd from a catalogue company, it was the best product shown in respect of price, features and attractiveness. We had never watched any dvds' except on the PC, obviously this was not the best way to continue to watch films so we decided to take the plunge - we love it.

Plain and simple - it plays dvds, it plays cds and I can work it (provided I don't have to do anything more technical than play or pause!)
My hubby can do all sorts with it - find the bit where he was in the film last, zoom in on specific scenes and loads of other stuff that I personally don't use but he loves.

The quality is amazing - clear picture that only flickers when there is dirt on the dvd disc, which can easily be cleaned. Dvds also come with extra features which can offer insights to the film or deleted scenes - on one dvd there are 11 special features! This is especially enlightning with films such as Jaws - I always did wonder about the shark and how it moved.

The playing quality for cds is excellent as well, if you have a good tv to run it through then even better!
