Philips EXP431 MP3 CD Player

Advantages: too many to list
Disadvantages: short battery life

The Philips EXP431 Portable MP3 CD player lets you play self-recorded CDs with stacks of your MP3 tracks. A standard CD-R is capable of storing over three hours worth of MP3 files. There’s Digital Dynamic Bass Boost and Advanced Electronic Skip Protection to stop the cd skipping, even when jogging. One set of batteries gives you eight hours of mobile sound and best of all they're rechargeable so you don't have to buy new ones. And for those wanting ...
...the box.
i am truly amazed by this product! its just so small! u really don’t expect it to be quite as small as it is. The esp is amazing but u don’t even need it! Because of the size of the cds they are held so securely that it never ever skips even without the esp on when u shake it about loads! You can fit 50 tracks on one little cd which for me is perfect because i like to have organized types of cd rather than just one 10 hr bunch of ... more

Two Tunes Are Four?

Advantages: Small, Good Features
Disadvantages: None

Today I'm reviewing this lovely Philips MP3 player. It was purchase for me by a family member as a birthday present. I don't really listen to much music but this product can come in handy. Let's have a look at what it does: - What's It Do - This little device will play any music you like just burn the songs you want onto a cd and just pop it into the player and away it goes. It supports CD-RW discs -/+ which can store anywhere from 30-60 tracks ...
...- You have the standard features which include repeat, stop, play, change track. There's a wide range of buttons on the player which makes it easy to acess your music quickly and easy. - Design - It's really fun to go out shopping and have this player in your hand. Shoppers will be amazed at the quality of this litle device. The silver works well and even better is the light green screen. As you can see from the above photo it really does look ...

Mpress 3 player

Advantages: lots!
Disadvantages: only problem is the sound quality of radio recording

i was lucky enough to win one of these players and i was very pleased with it. I can fit about 8 -10 songs on the 32mb memory card, which can be added up to 64mb by adding a memeory card. This player looks very smart, the battery lasts a long time and the sound quality is good. It also has a dicophone function which it good, aswell as a line in function allowing you to record from the radio, but on thi the quality is not so good, but that is just ...

Disadvantages: Is not economic

The software you get with it is very easy to use, but it is real jukebox and it always prompts you to upgrade it also if you have the new Real1.I can fit about 10-12 songs on the 32mb memory card, which can be added up to 64mb by adding a memeory card.True the batteries don’t last as long as most cd players, but u just plug in the discman at night and its fully recharged, no extra equip needed! There’s Digital Dynamic Bass Boost and Advanced ...

Advantages: easy to use
Disadvantages: baterys run out to quickly

This is the best MP3 I have ever had. It has impeccable sound quality, and it looks great. Although I found you dont get very long out of the batteries compared to a normal Walkman. It’s sleek design fits nicely into any pocket, although it does have a tendency to fall out, you can buy a belt clip for it and it has a lobster claw type clasp which will attach it to any pocket, belt. It is very durable too, I wouldn’t recommend doing it deliberately ...
...it was still intact and worked perfectly. The software you get with it is very easy to use, but it is real jukebox and it always prompts you to upgrade it also if you have the new Real1 installed you wont be able to use the software unless you uninstall it. While its manual is extremely thick it covers various European languages like English, Italian, French, German. It is also very easy to understand. The price is very reasonable, mine cost me ...

MP3's - good or bad?

Advantages:
Disadvantages:

First of all, i am sorry if this is in the wrong catigory.. I am writing my opinions on the pros and cons of mp3's. Should they be legal or illegal?? If they are legal, then honestly how many of you are going to pop down to virgin or whereever and BUY cd's? This will allmost certainly damage the british music scene. i have downloaded many new songs from the internet. Only a few have a still bought after they were released. This must be hurting new ...
