...The phillips savvy is a very compact and efficient piece of equipment. It is bursting with features and is quick and simple to use. The voice dial feature is particulary useful as mush as it is impressive. The apperance of the phone is probably the down point, as you are unable to change the covers. The battery long is impressive, lasting up to 5 days from 1 hours charging, which would be useful for short holidays. if you are looking for a simple phone for everyday use, then this is the phone for you...

Advantages: Small, lightweight, easy to use. Disadvantages: Sometimes volume too low.
...I was given the Philips Savvy as a present from a friend who also has one. He knew I was impressed with his. It's a nice small phone, which easliy fits in your pocket. I used to have a Motorola phone and am glad to see the back of it.
The Savvy allows the user to send SMS messages with a choice of pictures to other Savvy users. The VoiceDial feature is very useful for those oft called numbers. The vibrate function is great if you don't want to switch the phone off in, but can't have it ringing.
The menus are well laid out and easy use.
It does lack "fun" features, but the built in calculator compensates for that - and there is an astrology predictor, too!...

Advantages: Cool features Disadvantages: A bit old fashioned
...I had a philips savy for over a year and although its not the best of phones, it did what i needed it to do. There was no trouble with incoming or out going calls and texting was easy and simple.
The philips savy has many useful features. It has:
-room to store 100 names and numbers
-room to store 10 messages in either the inbox or outbox
-a calculater feature
-voice activation feature (allows you to call out the name of the person you want to phone and then it automatically dials it)
-An alarm clock
-A stopwatch
-20 ringtones
-and also a bio calender (a cool feature which predicts how your day will be by telling you how much chance, love, energy, and success you'll have, obviously not a ture telling but its still fun)
Even with all those features it is still a little...

Velor sponge ear and head pads. What more should i say, they feel very nice to wear. The pressure to keep them on the side of the head is firm enough to make them feel secure but once again, very comfortable.
