This is the best iron I have ever used. With Ionic Deepsteam, spray function and vertical steam boost it really does remove all the creases. Its design is very "funky" and I particularly like the sharp point which makes it very easy to to get into the corners. Runs very smoothly and not too heavy. Another extremely useful feature is the separate storage plate so that it can be put away while still hot - no waiting for it to cool first. My only criticism would be the flex which has to be concertinaed and fastened with velcro for storage which is quite difficult to do. I would have preferred the more traditional design. Overall, however, I am delighted with this product and would recommend it to others.
