It is a cordless kettle which sits neatly on top of the power source. The element is fully concealed within the inside base of the kettle. One point which may be seen from the diagram is that the kettle is a white thick plastic but then with a more transparent plastc rim round the handle and spout which I think looks ... ...water filter inside the kettle which can be replaced however, I removed it as it made the water taste strange therefore ruined my tea! An imortant downside is the short power cable - meaning the kettle has to be positioned quite near the socket. An important advantage is that at 3000 watts it boils water very quickly. ... more

On the plus there is a metallic water filter inside the kettle which can be replaced however, I removed it as it made the water taste strange therefore ruined my tea! i really really like this kettle! Having just bought my first house we needed to buy most of our kitchen equipment, and that can be a very expensive thing! However, i managed to find this kettle for £15 as it was half price, rrp £29.99. I really like the kettle, its modern design fits nicely into our modern kitchen. It is easy to clean, looks stylish and has an easy to fill lid. I hate it when you make a cup of tea and if you get near the bottom ...

Ive had afew kettles in my time but not one as good as this one.Its light in weight and easy to hold.Its also very easy to clean and it boils your water in seconds and its really easy to fill up .Its also got a filter which is great for catching lime-scale bits.It comes with a manufacturers ... ...modern home.
There are other brands of kettle on the market but not as good as this one it doesnt leak or overheat .Ithink this kettle is really good value for money. ...
