All in all, a solid four stars and recommended for anyone who likes to make a single or two single cups of non-instant coffee without going to all the trouble of using your big filter coffee maker or your messy café press. i bought this machine because at the time there was not much else without buying one with needed loose coffee. it is very easy to use and also easy to clean. it only does tea and coffee not any of the fancy stuff but a great cup is what it makes. the only downside to this machine is that the coffe is not as hot as a kettle but i find if you heat up your milk first then it is just as great but with a much better taste. it does small cups but i find ...
