General I have 3 machines (house, flat and caravan) and know of 4 other people who have bought them based on sampling my coffee. They are simplicity itself and with pods priced from £2 per pack, remarkably cheap to run. In addition, the worms in my wormery just love devouring the pods after use! Specifics The machines are easy to load and use, though I would recommend the frequent washing of the drip tray to prevent mould growth! Excellent for a small number of people, but if more than, say, 6 require mugs of coffee, then it can take a while. For those who like their coffee milky, heat the milk in a microwave before adding the coffee - a superb cup of hot, frothy, milky coffee is quickly obtained. For those who like espresso, then a pod of strong coffee in a small cup produces a very acceptable result.
