The Philips HD 7850/60/61 Senseo Latte Select B is a good addition to the kitchen, provided you really love lattes. It is quite stylish and black, which is a plus in my opinion, and it's also pretty small, so it fits in my tiny kitchen. It's by far the most chic coffee-maker I've ever come across and it has a few add-ons which make it very easy to operate.
It filters coffee very quickly ( 30 seconds) and it has and automatic turn off, both of which are handy if you need to run out the door. Actually, in my opinion, quick is the only way to go when you want coffee, because you are usually drinking it in the mornings before work. It makes a wonderful latte in my opinion, but I've found the capuccinos and latte machiato to be tasty as well/ It will also make cafe lattes and just plain old coffee.
The add-ons I mentioned previously are unusually helpful, as coffee makers go. It has strength settings for the coffee, so when you stay out drinking the night before, you can really crank it up. There's a water level indicator with three lights and an automatic cleaning function for the milk container. I really appreciate that because if you don't clean anything that comes in contact with dairy, it will start to smell. My favorit add-on is the adjustable height because it fits my larger mugs. In all, I would have to say that I am very impressed with this particular latte machine, but that I would not buy it because it is very expensive. The one I own was given as a gift from some well-off friends of mine, but I personally would not spend the money.
