The design fault makes these straighteners very difficult to use and control. Why put the on/off and temperature control where you hold them? Did the designer actually use or test these?
They are also pulling my hair and I suspect causing breakage and longterm damage.
I have used GHD previously and thought the Philips mid range product with the Quality Tresemme brand might come close to GHD quality. But no! I've been dissappointed.
