The epilator and shaving head's are washable.
I would recommend that you start off on the first speed if you've ... ...brave then pop the sensitive area cap on as this decreases the width of the epilator head. The cooling glove is also ideal for dulling the pain, all you need to do is pop the ice pack in the freezer for a couple of hours before you use it.
The product comes with a good manual and you really should read it before you use the product as it does explain the process extremely easily.
